But the software often treats those moments as separate jobs. COPA was developed to keep the context between them—and to reach the physical systems that make the experience possible.

Loft 19 is the venue. COPA is the operating system.
Loft 19 is a competitive-socializing venue built around golf simulators and darts. It gave COPA real guests, real service, real equipment and real operational exceptions to solve.
COPA has its own identity and a broader purpose: the operating layer for experience-driven venues. Loft 19 remains a distinct consumer brand powered by the platform.
THE NAME
A venue that knows you’re there.
The name COPA takes a little inspiration from the Copacabana sequence in Goodfellas. The interesting part is the venue: recognition, staff, seating, service and atmosphere all coordinating around a visit.
That’s the founder’s shorthand for the ambition. A venue that understands what’s happening and can respond around the guest.
